Thank you for shopping with us at Pretty Girl Cup! We're thrilled you chose us for your custom creations.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Custom Orders:

Because our products are often customized just for you, all sales on personalized items are considered final. We don't accept returns or exchanges on these special pieces once they've been personalized.

2. Damaged Items:

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll need some photos of the damaged item and the packaging to help us sort things out. Don't worry, all our shipments are insured, so any damage caused during shipping will be covered by the shipping insurance.

3. Order Issues:

If you notice any issues with your order (like receiving the wrong item), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll do our best to quickly resolve the situation.

For non-personalized items, we have a 6-day return window. However, please note that there is a 60% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

4. Shipping Insurance:

We include shipping insurance on all orders to give you that extra peace of mind. If your item arrives damaged, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier for a replacement or refund.
